“A Bill to amend and reenact §15-9B-1a and §15-9B-4 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, all relating to sexual assault forensic examinations; defining terms; requiring legislative rules; requiring hospitals to have health care providers available to conduct sexual assault forensic examinations.
